Sun Tran is seeking a Paratransit Route Reservationist in Tucson. You will take reservations by phone, accurately enter data, and schedule trips to support reliable transit service.

The Reservations Department operates daily from 7 AM to 5 PM, with weekend coverage required. Strong communication, city knowledge, and basic computer skills are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations via telephone and enter data into the computer.

Major Functions

Responsible for taking reservations via telephone, accurately entering reservation data in computer, schedules reservations at point of call via computer, assists with data entry, (productivity and on time performance). The Reservations Department is open 7 days per week from 7 AM - 5 PM. This position covers weekends.
