Job summary

Transdev North America is seeking a Performance Manager, Operations (Implementation) to lead operational implementation initiatives across paratransit locations. You will own startup/shutdown, renewals, and transitions, partnering with local operations and corporate teams to drive financial and operational excellence.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to deliver measurable improvements while adhering to contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the transit industry.
• Experience managing operational improvement initiatives or cross-functional projects.
• Ability to lead multiple projects with competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup/shutdown/contract renewal and transition activities for paratransit locations.
• Serve as primary project lead for implementation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Establish standardized operating procedures and implementation processes.
• Review contract requirements and set performance standards to maximize financial performance.
• Analyze performance using Power BI, TMS, Excel, and CSV data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop detailed, time-bound action plans with owners and accountability.
