Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in paratransit operations preferred.
• National Safety Council Defensive Driving Instructor certification or similar.
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations oversight.
• Administer driver hiring and compliance process.
• Focus on safety and customer complaint resolution.
• Monitor operations activities and provide analytical reports.
