Job summary

Transdev North America is seeking a Senior Safety Administrator for its Boston Public Schools transportation contract. This role includes monitoring safety policies, training administrative staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, 3 years of office management experience, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of general office or file management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21.
• Dispatching or supervisory experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and capable of working without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Train and delegate to administrative staff regarding safety standards.
• Maintain and purge employment files and ensure record keeping.
• Coordinate with insurers for accident investigations.
