Job summary

WeDriveU, Inc. seeks an on-site Dispatcher to handle a high volume of calls, relay instructions to drivers, and respond to emails while solving problems throughout the day.

Responsibilities include monitoring routes, coordinating driver assignments, responding to incidents, and ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly. Shift details: Mon, Tue 14:00-00:30; Thu, Fri 11:30-22:00; 30-minute lunches; Wed/Sat/Sun OFF.

Qualifications

• Handle a high volume of calls and emails with accuracy and courtesy.
• Coordinate driver routes and passenger pickups/drop-offs.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes and communicate instructions.
• Assist with emergencies, incidents, and route changes.
• Coordinate vehicle assignments to ensure daily coverage.
• Record incidents and maintain accurate dispatch records.
• Support Lost and Found processes and safety/compliance requirements.
