Job summary

Keolis Commuter Services in Illinois seeks an experienced Road Supervision/Dispatch & Reservation supervisor for paratransit operations. You will oversee driver and vehicle operations, support drivers during revenue service, respond to incidents, monitor stops, and strive for on-time performance.

The role requires 2+ years as a full-time paratransit operator, knowledge of FTA/ADA guidelines, and prior lead or supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid IL Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a full-time paratransit operator.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of project specific vehicles, components, and data/communications systems.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Transportation Dispatching Software knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver and vehicle operations; enhance customer service and monitor on-time performance.
• Respond to incidents and accidents; ensure reporting policies are followed.
• Ensure operators meet licensing and certification requirements.
• Assist dispatch staff with field vehicle changes.
• Provide feedback on safety and performance to operations.
• Follow company safety and procedures; manage stress and timelines.
• Perform dispatch/reservation duties to ensure full coverage.
• Coach operators using surveillance data and field observations.
