Qualifications

• 2–3 years of dispatch experience, preference for supervisory/administrative roles.
• Strong administrative, organizational, conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dispatch Manager in administrative tasks, ensuring attendance and performance goals are met and scheduling requirements are efficiently managed.
• Monitor dispatchers' performance and address issues to ensure policy compliance.
• Respond to customer questions about no-shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
• Manage operator emergencies and escalated calls.
• Provide backup support to dispatching duties while maintaining primary responsibilities.
• Assist in managing dispatcher schedules and staffing levels.
