The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of managerial experience in Paratransit Transportation Operations Management and strong Microsoft Excel skills. Exceptional benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of managerial experience in Paratransit Transportation Operations Management.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of DMV policies and procedures is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of dispatchers and implement standard operating procedures.
• Ensure all transit routes are operating and servicing client needs.
• Analyze ridership numbers and suggest route changes.
