Job summary

Skill Sprouts ABA in New Mexico is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical services for children and families. The role involves assessments, treatment plan development, supervision of RBTs, data analysis, and collaboration with families and schools.

The successful candidate will hold BCBA certification, NM licensure, and a master’s degree in a relevant field, with strong leadership and bilingual communication valued. We offer flexible scheduling and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a strong plus.
