Job summary

All Native Group in Johnston, IA seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC). The role includes operating simulation systems, maintaining certifications, and delivering high-fidelity, scenario-based medical training on campus and in the field.

The ideal candidate will hold current medical certifications, have TC3 instruction experience, and be able to manage training across multiple sites while

Qualifications

• Must meet ONE of the following: Former 68W or 18D NCO, ALC graduate, or licensed clinician (RN/PA/MD/DO).
• NRP and BLS certifications required or in-progress.
• Experience with high-fidelity medical simulation and TC3 instruction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across all tiers in classroom, lab, and field settings.
• Develop and execute scenario-based training with moulage and effects.
• Operate MSTC systems and maintain training records and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with medical proponent standards and contract requirements.
