Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess call situations and determine best action with paramedic protocols.
• Provide advanced medical care using defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and IV fluids.
• Communicate with patients and families to convey information and reassurance.
• Lead the paramedic team and manage the scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Coordinate with allied health and public safety personnel and colleagues.
• Engage in community programs to support AMR image and relations.
