You will maintain legal records, coordinate filings, and work with cross-functional partners to ensure compliance across applicable jurisdictions, leveraging AI tools for efficiency while upholding strict data security.

Qualifications

• Review routine contracts, plan documents, and regulatory materials.
• Conduct legal research related to TPA/COE operations and federal/state requirements.
• Prepare responses to third-party complaints, subpoenas, and regulatory inquiries.
