Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Paralegal to provide high-quality support across multiple legal practice areas. The role is on-site in Tulsa, OK, with responsibilities spanning contract drafting, review, tracking, records management, and cross-functional liaison.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum 2-year degree or paralegal certification.
• At least 2 years of paralegal or legal admin experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SharePoint admin is a plus.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, regs, and court procedures.
• Experience with legal research, contract admin/review, and corporate training.
• Experience with databases and legal matter management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and recordkeeping skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare contracts and other legal documents (Distributor, Supply, Vendor Agreements), memos, and timelines.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, tracking, renewing, and filing.
• Maintain legal databases, repositories, and management systems.
• Organize department files, calendars, deadlines, and task lists.
• Conduct investigations, research, and analysis on legal matters.
• Support executive leadership with training and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments and outside counsel; monitor complex matters.
• Use Legal Practice Management Software to track documents and deadlines.
