Helen of Troy is seeking a Paralegal in El Paso, TX, to support commercial contracts and litigation tasks in a collaborative Legal team. The role is hybrid, combining in-office and remote work, with a schedule emphasizing Tuesday–Thursday onsite collaboration and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

You will draft, review, and negotiate routine agreements, manage contract intake and records, assist with eDiscovery, and support attorneys and stakeholders across divisions.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years paralegal experience in corporate/legal setting.
• Experience with contract review, litigation support, and investigations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document management tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide commercial contract support, review, draft, revise, and negotiate agreements.
• Support day-to-day contracting needs for two business divisions.
• Identify risks and escalate to supervising attorneys as needed.
• Coordinate contract intake, approvals, signatures, and record retention.
• Maintain contract repositories and improve templates and processes.
• Assist with litigation support, eDiscovery, and case file management.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on matters.
