Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Paralegal for a plaintiff personal injury practice in El Paso. You will join a litigation team supporting two attorneys, with a docket focused on discovery, motions, and e-filing.

The role emphasizes ownership of deadlines, proactive case management, and collaboration with staff across offices. Onsite work is required, and a path to Senior Paralegal exists with year-end reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in personal injury litigation.
• Strong multitasking and deadline management.
• Onsite in El Paso; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support two attorneys on a litigation-focused caseload centered on plaintiff personal injury matters
• Draft petitions, complaints, and motions, and assist with motion practice
• Manage a high volume of discovery, including drafting, responding, and tracking
• E-file pleadings and other documents with the courts
