Job summary

Dow Inc. in Midland, Michigan, is seeking a Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal support across multiple practice areas (excluding Litigation).

You will review client requests, assess risks, and work with the Core Legal Practices team to ensure timely, accurate results. The role emphasizes strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, collaboration, and continuous learning, with relocation not offered and on-site work required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree OR 5 years of relevant working experience OR 3+ years of relevant military training/experience.
• Ability to work in-office/on-site in Midland, MI, at least 4 business days per week.
• No visa sponsorship is available for this U.S. position.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal services across a wide range of subject matters, including multiple types of agreements, powers of attorney, external information releases, and more.
• Review incoming client requests, assess for gaps or legal risk, and apply work process standards to complete requests.
• Communicate timely and professionally to support positive experiences with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed turnaround times and positively impact team metrics.
• Work autonomously and collaborate effectively within the team, providing back-up and participation in team discussions.
