Dow Inc. seeks a Paralegal in Midland, MI to support a wide range of legal matters within the Core Legal Practices team.

The role emphasizes initiative, collaboration, and accurate, timely delivery of work product across multiple practice areas (excluding Litigation). You will review requests, draft and negotiate documents, redline and summarize terms, and help maintain efficient contract workflow while ensuring compliance and professional conduct in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 5+ years relevant experience OR 3+ years military training/experience.
• In-office/on-site Midland, MI required, 4+ business days per week.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Provide paralegal services across a wide range of topics, including agreements, powers of attorney, and external information releases.
• Review client requests, assess risks, and apply work process standards; seek clarification when needed.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with internal and external stakeholders to support effective experiences.
