Job summary

Dow Inc. in Midland, MI, is seeking a Paralegal to provide support across a wide range of legal topics within the Core Legal Practices team. The role emphasizes collaboration, initiative, and high performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will review client requests, assess risks, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, while balancing individual and team responsibilities. Relocation assistance is not available.

Qualifications

• Associates degree OR 5 years of relevant experience OR 3 years or more of relevant military training/experience.
• Ability to work in-office/on-site in Midland, MI, at least 4 business days per week. This is not a remote role.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal services across a wide range of subject matters, including multiple types of agreements, powers of attorney, external information releases, and more.
• Review incoming client requests, assess for gaps or legal risk, and apply work process standards to complete requests; ask follow-up questions when needed.
• Communicate timely and professionally with stakeholders to support easy, enjoyable, and effective experiences.
• Meet or exceed turnaround times and positively impact metrics for the team and department.
• Work autonomously and back up team members; participate in team discussions and events.
