Qualifications

• Paralegal support across a wide range of legal topics, across all practice areas (excluding Litigation).

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal services across a wide range of subject matters, including multiple types of agreements and powers of attorney.
• Review client requests for gaps or legal risk and apply work process standards.
• Communicate timely and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed turnaround times and positively impact team metrics.
