Qualifications

• Associates degree OR 5 years of relevant working experience OR 3+ years of military training/experience.

• A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal services across a wide range of subject matters, including multiple types of agreements, powers of attorney, external information releases, and more.
• Review incoming client requests, assess for gaps or legal risk, and apply work process standards to complete such requests.
• Communicate timely and professionally with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth experiences.
• Meet or exceed turnaround times and positively impact team metrics.
• Work autonomously and contribute as a valued team member, backing up colleagues as needed.
