Sternshein Legal Group is seeking paralegal candidates with experience representing parties in commercial real estate acquisitions and finance transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience, a paralegal certificate, and strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills. You will handle document management, due diligence, and closing coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with closing statements, signature pages, and document management.
• Perform due diligence on title, survey, zoning, entitlement, and entity authority.
• Coordinate escrow, settlement statements, and closing/post-closing documents.
• Prepare corporate filings, consents, and resolutions.
• Set up and manage databases/data rooms.

Job description

The firm is seeking paralegal candidates with experience representing parties in connection with commercial real estate acquisitions and finance transactions.

Ideal candidate will have expertise in:

• Commercial Real-Estate Transactions
• Merger and Acquitistion transactions
• Closing statements, signature pages, document management
• Title, survey, zoning, entitlement, and entity authority due diligence
• Working with escrow and handling settlement statements, transaction closing coordination and closing/post-closing documentation preparation
• Organization, preparing corporate filings, consents, and resolutions
• Document management, setting up and working with data bases/data rooms

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years experience
• College Degree
• Paralegal Certificate
• A highly motivated, dependable self-starter with excellent writing, analytical, technical, organizational, and administrative skills
• Able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities, work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, determine priorities, plan, organize and follow through with minimal supervision.
• Excellent computer skills, be “fluent” in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and Excel
