Are you an experienced, detail‑driven legal professional with a passion for real estate transactions? Our firm is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience to join our team and support both commercial and residential real estate matters.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and review real estate documents (purchase agreements, leases, deeds, closing statements)
• Conduct title and survey reviews; coordinate with title companies and surveyors
• Assist attorneys with closings and attend closings when needed
• Perform due diligence, including zoning, environmental, and corporate document review
• Organize transaction files, track deadlines, and maintain compliance
• Communicate with clients, lenders, brokers, and other transaction parties
• Handle post‑closing tasks, including document recording and file finalization

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of real estate paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of real estate law, title insurance, and closing procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
• Paralegal certification preferred
