Job summary

Simpson Judge USA is seeking an experienced real estate paralegal to support attorneys on acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing matters. You will manage transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing, coordinating title, survey, entity, and UCC work, and preparing closing documents.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of real estate paralegal experience.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing matters.
