Job summary

Clingen, Callow & McLean, LLC, a premier business law firm, seeks a Commercial Real Estate & Corporate Paralegal with 2+ years of accredited paralegal experience to support complex transactions.

You will oversee real estate and corporate deals from start to finish, coordinate due diligence, manage data rooms, and prepare conveyance and transactional documents, collaborating closely with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Accredited Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience handling real estate and corporate transactions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As a key member of our transaction team, you will play a pivotal role in managing all facets of real estate and corporate transactions. From title and survey review to coordinating complex closings, you will handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced, collegial environment.
