Job summary

NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan seeks a Project Lead for the 2-Bin PAR inventory initiative across the system. The role focuses on barcode-based replenishment, program maintenance, and collaboration with supply chain and clinical teams to optimize inventory processes.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of inventory control experience (or an associate’s with three years). ERP proficiency and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of experience designing, implementing, maintaining and/or improving inventory control and supply chain management systems.
• Or an Associate’s degree with three years of related experience as described above.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of 2-Bin PAR inventory systems across the System.
• Maintain and manage the 2-Bin program through OMS; ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical and supply chain staff to develop PAR facility plans and resource needs.
• Produce reports and dashboards for stakeholders; communicate status and barriers.
• Train end-users on Mobile Inventory or GHX purchasing; support audits and QA activities.
