Job summary

Harlem Hospital Center is seeking an inventory and supply chain support role to help implement barcoded PAR two-bin systems across facilities. You will analyze current stock, adjust replenishment levels, and assist in creating PAR plans with timelines and resources.

You will also help design storage solutions, train facility staff, generate PAR Item Masters for PeopleSoft, and participate in QA/PI activities while ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree or equivalent; two years of related experience if no degree
• Experience with inventory management, stock control and replenishment processes
• Ability to assemble and label shelving and manage PAR plans

Responsibilities

• Assist with system-wide implementation of barcoded PAR two-bin inventory systems.
• Conduct inventory analysis and adjust replenishment levels to maintain adequate stock.
• Collaborate to create facility PAR plans including timelines and resources.
• Assist in designing new PAR systems and storage solutions.
• Provide training and customer service support on the PAR process and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare PAR Item Masters for integration into PeopleSoft.
• Participate in QA/PI activities and trainings; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software applications.
