Job summary

Renown-Health is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Inventory to lead inventory control across locations and ensure accuracy of records and processes.

You will design cycle-count programs, own PAR levels and reorder-point calculations, and partner with clinical, finance, IT, and operations to improve service levels and patient care. The role emphasizes governance, standard work, and data-driven improvements using dashboards and KPIs, with leadership over inventory staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement and related field.
• Five years of progressive supply chain or inventory management experience.
• Two years of formal leadership or supervision experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or inventory-management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory controls across Renown locations to ensure accuracy.
• Design cycle-count programs, thresholds, and corrective actions.
• Own PAR-level design, reorder-point, and safety-stock decisions.
• Monitor stock availability, expirations, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, Pharmacy, and clinical teams.
