Job summary

Smurfit Westrock, NYSE: SW, is seeking an Account Manager, Paperboard Sales to focus on distributors, brand owners and printer relationships in the commercial print market. Bring 2–5+ years of B2B sales, packaging or manufacturing experience and a proven ability to grow key accounts and revenue.

You will manage client relationships, present paperboard solutions, collaborate with production and logistics, travel for client visits and trade shows, and close deals while sustaining margins.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of B2B sales and account management experience.
• Experience in commercial printing, packaging, or paperboard sectors is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client visits and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients in commercial printing and packaging.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and provide tailored paperboard solutions.
• Present product options, pricing, and value propositions.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and manage inventory.
