Job summary

JUSTIN's Restaurant at JUSTIN in Paso Robles, CA, is seeking a Pantry Line Cook for dinner service. The role runs Wed–Sun (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) at the JUSTIN Estate, a Michelin-recognized winery restaurant under The Wonderful Company.

You will support pantry prep, maintain station standards, and collaborate with the Chef team to execute menus. Prior kitchen experience is preferred; culinary degree is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Culinary degree preferred, but not required (education)
• Food Handler’s Card required
• Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Attention to detail and passion for food and wine
• Calm, collaborative team player
• Good multitasking and communication skills
• Follow recipes accurately for consistency
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and safe handling practices
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Supports pantry preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
• Participates in daily prep and station setup for service.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the pantry station.
• Collaborates with Chef team to execute seasonal menu changes.
• Assists in events and communicates needs to Farmstead team.
