Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in serving at restaurants or 2+ years as a back waiter in fine dining.
• Must communicate clearly with the service team.
• Ability to work full-time and during weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dining room setup prior to service.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas.
• Deliver and clear food courses in coordination with the Captain.
