Job summary

JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery is seeking a Food Preparation & Cooking teammate to support the Garde Manger pantry, preparing and presenting dishes with a focus on quality and safety in Paso Robles. You will collaborate with the Chef team to execute seasonal menus, assist in events, and ensure pantry readiness during dinner service while maintaining a positive kitchen culture and exceptional guest experiences.

• Previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supports the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in the Garde Manger (Pantry) section.
• Participates in daily kitchen prep and station setup, maintaining high quality standards.
• Prepares proteins, seasonal ingredients, and pantry items safely per local regulations.
• Follows Chef instructions to ensure consistency and quality across dishes.
• Sets up and maintains the pantry station before and during dinner service; collaborates with the team.
