Job summary

JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery in Paso Robles, CA, is hiring a Server with a luxury service mindset. Based at the JUSTIN estate, you will uphold Forbes 5-star and MICHELIN standards while delivering exceptional hospitality.

The Restaurant at JUSTIN seeks candidates with expert wine knowledge and strong leadership. The work schedule is Thursday–Sunday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with weekend availability and late nights required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fine-dining serving, Forbes 5-star or MICHELIN restaurants.
• Expert-level knowledge of fine dining service, wine and menu fluency.
• Reservation system experience (Tock) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide service flow and ensure guest interactions reflect luxury standards.
• Assist with dining room setup and beverage service, including wine descriptions.
• Deliver and clear courses with Forbes 5-Star service standards.
• Maintain clean service stations and assist with post-service breakdown.
• Communicate special guest needs to the kitchen.
