Job summary

The Kraft Group is seeking a Pantry Expeditor for Foxborough, MA to coordinate communication between cooking areas and ensure timely, high-quality meals reach guests. You will guide Suite Bussers for suite deliveries and handle suite-specific requests, while maintaining a clean expediting area and upholding food safety standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and prefers 1-2 years of serving experience in a high-volume operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of relevant serving experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume, high-quality food service operation preferred.
• Knowledge of food service and table standards preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate with Suite Bussers and kitchen staff.
• Professional demeanor and appearance, with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete orders by garnishing cooked food items with appropriate garnishes.
• Inspect food orders for accuracy, quality and presentation before delivery to customer.
• Provide guidance to Suite Bussers on suite deliveries, bussing needs, and pickup requirements within individual suites.
• Answer phone calls promptly and handle suite-specific requests and guest needs as they arise.
• Communicate with the Level Attendant, Sr. Manager of Premium Services and Culinary on all issues, delays, complaints, and discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food preparation and expediting areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all employees and guests.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
