Job summary

Kraft Group LLC is seeking a Pantry Expeditor to coordinate communications across cooking stations and direct Suite Bussers for suite deliveries and pickups. The role involves handling suite requests, answering phones, and ensuring timely, high-quality service for guests.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior serving experience in a high-volume operation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant serving experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume, high-quality food service operation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of food service and table standards preferred.
• Professional demeanor and appearance with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete orders by garnishing cooked items with appropriate garnishes.
• Inspect orders for accuracy, quality and presentation before delivery.
• Guide Suite Bussers on suite deliveries and pickup requirements.
• Answer phone calls and handle suite-specific requests promptly.
• Communicate with Level Attendant, Sr. Manager of Premium Services and Culinary on issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in expediting areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain professional relationships with employees and guests.
• Support special projects as needed.
