Qualifications

• Intermediary culinary skills with professional cooking experience.
• Hotel kitchen experience and ability to handle high-volume service preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pantry items according to standard recipes to ensure consistency.
• Handle salads, fruits, juices, dressings, canapes, cocktails, and other cold items.
• Manage inventory and proper refrigeration of ingredients.
