Job summary

Hilton in Honolulu is seeking an Assistant Pantry Cook to support high-volume kitchen operations. You will help prepare and plate fresh ingredients for soups, sauces, salads, and other items, while delivering the warm hospitality Hilton is known for.

The role requires 1–2 years of pantry/prep cook experience and strong knife skills, with shifts from 6:00am to 11:00pm across 5 days a week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years pantry/prep cook experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Quality knife skills.
• 6:00am–11:00pm shifts; 5 days a week including weekends/holidays.
• Previous hotel/resort experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients for soups, sauces, salads and other items according to recipes and standards.
• Assemble and plate dishes per quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and sanitary stations; follow safety and hygiene protocols.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol-awareness regulations.
