Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division seeks a Panelboard Coordinator - Line 4a (B-Shift). Hours are 3pm-1am (Mon-Thurs).

The role partners with the Supervisor to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment while upholding Eaton’s quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing orders and related documents, guiding a manufacturing team, maintaining safety and lean practices, and communicating progress across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Within 50 miles of Sumter, SC; no relocation benefits.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct with the supervisor to meet production goals and service objectives.
• Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and uphold Eaton’s quality standards.
• Promote a safe, inclusive culture and address concerns promptly.
• Prioritize urgent orders and coordinate with manufacturing.
• Review orders and drawings, BOMs, and other docs for clarity.
• Provide updates on order status and resolve production issues.
• Support team training and development; promote cross‑department teamwork.
