Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Panelboard Coordinator in Sumter, SC. The role runs Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–1:00am with an hourly rate of $25/hr.

Eligible for an employee incentive program, duties include coordinating materials and MIs, scheduling production, and maintaining schedules and records. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of manufacturing or materials processing experience, plus proficiency with MS Excel and AS400.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or materials processing experience required.
• Experience with computer systems including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Sumter, SC.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material and MIs for the designated area and across areas to meet ship dates.
• Manage the flow of jobs through production and into shipping.
• Update production jobs in the master schedule and AS400-based systems per job flow.
• Review and update order and material status with supervisors, material control, and customer service.
• Utilize the computer and tools (Excel, DMM, AS400, Enovia) to maintain floor stock and records.
