Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Panelboard Coordinator - Line 3a in Sumter, SC. The role supports planning, processing, and requesting manufacturing information, scheduling production units, and expediting materials to meet ship dates.

Essential duties include coordinating material flows, updating schedules, and using AS400 and Excel to maintain floor stock. The position works Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm–1:00am with a $25/hr rate and eligibility for incentive programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or materials processing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• No relocation benefit; candidate must reside within 50 miles of Sumter, SC.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material and MIs for designated area and between areas to meet ship dates.
• Manage flow of jobs through production and into shipping.
• Update master schedule and AS400-based data; collaborate with customer service.
• Review and update order/material status with supervisors and material control.
• Attend multi-functional production meetings (weekly to daily).
• Maintain floor stock records using Excel, DMM, AS400, and related tools.
