Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Panelboard Coordinator - Line 4a (B-Shift), 3pm-1am, in Sumter, SC. You will work with the supervisor to improve profitability, meet production goals, and ensure timely order fulfillment while upholding Eaton’s quality standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of manufacturing experience, and proximity to Sumter, SC. A preferred Associate’s degree and experience with Eaton systems are desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must live within 50 miles of Sumter, SC.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Eaton systems including Vista, DMM, and AS/400.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor to guide production and meet delivery goals.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled timely with priority to urgent orders.
• Review orders and documentation to troubleshoot and provide updates.
• Communicate status and coordinate across departments.
• Support training and maintain quality standards.
