Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Sumter, SC is hiring a Panelboard Coordinator on the B-Shift (3pm-1am, Mon-Thurs) to help meet production goals and ensure timely order fulfillment. • Experience with Eaton systems including order entry (Vista), material management (DMM), MRP/ERP (AS400).

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, engaged and inclusive work culture by proactively addressing and resolving concerns, and escalating issues to your supervisor as appropriate.
• Work directly with the manufacturing team to ensure that customer orders are executed in a timely and efficient manner and that the most urgent orders are fulfilled first.
• Review orders and associated documentation (drawings, travel documents, bills of material) as needed to ensure the team has the appropriate information to complete the job and to assist with troubleshooting problems with the order documentation
• Communicate professionally to provide updates on the status of specific orders, resolve issues with production and promote teamwork across departments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and support functional training efforts of the team.

Job description

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Panelboard Coordinator - Line 4a (B-Shift). The hours for this position are 3pm-1am (Mon-Thurs)

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hr per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

The employee is frequently required to push/pull up to or greater than 35 pounds. The vision requirements include far and close vision with depth perception and color discrimination. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to listen and to talk.
