Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Panelboard Assembler (Breaker Build) for the Sumter, SC facility. This role operates on a Mon-Thurs 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM shift, with an hourly rate starting at $17.25, plus eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal bus bars and other components of a switchboard and verify quality.
• Measure and install materials following established procedures using hand tools and a tape measure.
• Maintain progress and communicate issues or shortages; identify improvement opportunities and perform root cause analysis.
