Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is hiring a Production Technician in Auburn, WA. The role involves assembling panelboards and switchboards to customer specifications, using hand and power tools, inspecting and testing finished products, and preparing items for shipment. Core hours are 6:30AM to 3PM.

The position pays $23 per hour and is eligible for a variable incentive program. Eaton offers benefits from day one, paid holidays, bi-weekly pay, and opportunities to cross-train and advance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of assembly experience with hand and/or power tools or a one-year Technical School diploma.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the work location; no relocation offered.
• No immigration sponsorship is offered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards to customer specifications using drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and conformance to codes.
• Perform wiring assembly using wire strippers and pliers; handle material flow and part shortages.
• Maintain progress and communicate issues; prepare finished products for shipment.
• Support Lean initiatives and maintain 5S standards; cross-train as needed.
