Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive restaurant leadership in high‑volume, full‑service venues.
• Ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop Team Members and leaders.
• Must maintain food safety, alcohol service, and company certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop staff across FOH/BOH.
• Champion quality, presentation, and service standards for food and beverage.
• Deliver memorable hospitality through coaching, knowledge, and speed of service.
• Oversee sanitation, safety, inventory, and cost controls to meet targets.
