P.F. Chang's is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations in a high‑volume, full‑service setting in Atlanta. You will develop and coach a capable team while driving guest satisfaction and strong restaurant performance.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience in a high‑volume, full‑service setting.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in hospitality, culinary arts, or business is a plus.
• Maintain all required food safety, alcohol service, and company training certifications as per state regulations.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with ability to cover shifts and travel for local marketing and multi‑location support.
• Strong proficiency in culinary/beverage standards, labor management, cost controls, POS technology, problem solving, and team coaching.

• Champion food and beverage quality, preparation, presentation, and service standards.

• Oversee sanitation and safety to maintain a clean, safe guest environment.
• Drive sales growth, manage labor and food costs, participate in inventory and ordering, and meet performance goals.
• Support local marketing, community outreach, and brand initiatives.
