P.F. Chang's is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Natick, MA to lead both front and back-of-house operations with a guest-led, Pan-Asian dining focus. You will develop a high-performing team, drive hospitality excellence, and ensure strong restaurant performance.

You will mentor staff, manage costs, uphold safety standards, and contribute to local marketing and guest satisfaction initiatives as a brand ambassador for PRIDE values.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience managing both FOH and BOH.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in hospitality, culinary arts, or business is a plus).
• Maintain all required food safety, alcohol service, and company training certifications per state and company requirements.

• Champion food and beverage quality, preparation, presentation, and service standards.
