P.F. Chang's is seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, manage teams, and ensure exceptional guest service at our Raleigh area locations.

The role emphasizes training, scheduling, cost control, and adherence to safety standards while upholding the brand's standards and driving performance. Immediate full-time opportunities are available with internal growth paths.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience mentoring hourly team members.
• Ability to manage front-of-house operations and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates training of all Hospitality Team Members
• Articulates clearly to team, management, and guests
• Develops schedules for all Hospitality team members
• Holds pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus
• Holds FOH staff to dress code standards
• Ensures compliance with state safety and sanitation guidelines
• Supports inventory execution
• Manages controllable expenses for area
• Ensures side work is assigned and completed
• Manages check-outs for all Hospitality staff
• Ensures a clean and safe environment for all Team Members and Guests
• Addresses guest service issues professionally
• Demonstrates the company's values in all aspects
