Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
• 3+ years outside direct sales experience.
• Experience selling to executive-level decision makers.
• Knowledge of the Palm Beach County business community.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency in sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business in Palm Beach County.
• Develop sales strategies for SMB prospects and new opportunities.
• Coordinate presentations and proposals with clients and team members.
• Collaborate with recruiting to build pipelines of resources for Manpower projects.
• Identify opportunities and align Manpower services with client goals.
• Create and execute strategic territory plans and close deals.
• Meet regularly with Regional Director to review sales efforts.
