Job summary

KeystoneCare seeks a Healthcare Account Executive – Palliative & Hospice Services to drive strategic partnerships with hospitals, physician practices, and long‑term care facilities. You will cultivate referrals and expand access to high‑quality palliative and hospice care across the community.

The role emphasizes relationship building, solution selling, and cross‑functional collaboration with care teams. Candidates should have healthcare sales experience and a college degree.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare sales experience, including hospice/home health is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the region and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promotes KeystoneCare services to new and existing clients and expands business reach.
• Meets and exceeds territory growth targets.
• Travel independently to meetings with referral sources and the public.
• Develops clinical knowledge to support and present KeystoneCare marketing activities.
• Manages accounts to deepen partnerships.
• Coordinates post-acute discharge for homecare and hospice with care teams.
• Provides updates to management on activities and upcoming plans.
• Communicates effectively with the healthcare community at all levels.
• Develops and participates in community education and outreach events.
• Performs other duties to support objectives.
