Job summary

KeystoneCare is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive - Palliative & Hospice Services to expand access to compassionate care across the community. This role suits a relationship-driven healthcare sales pro who values timely referrals and trusted provider partnerships.

As the liaison between KeystoneCare and hospitals, physician practices, long-term care facilities, and other organizations, you will support patient-centered care and measurable impact within a mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior Healthcare industry experience, including Hospice/Home Health.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Promotes KeystoneCare services to new and existing clients and expand business reach through networking techniques.
• Meets and exceeds territory growth targets.
• Travel independently to meet referral sources and the public.
• Develops clinical knowledge to support marketing activities and services.
• Manages existing accounts to deepen partnerships.
• Coordinates post-acute discharge for homecare and hospice with care teams for seamless transitions.
• Provides updates to management on activities and marketing plans.
• Communicates with healthcare community at all levels.
• Develops and participates in community education and outreach events.
